Hi all,

Often people are asking the question what is the difference in licenses? Here is some basic info you might find helpful:

Basic (MP3) license, 29.95$ – you will receive an untagged MP3 file - usually this license is used for mixtapes, experimental stuff, singles, background music on Youtube videos, shorts, short movies or any project that requires the use of music. Works great for starting artists with not much budgeting. You will receive a mastered MP3 file with no tags.

Premium (WAV) license, 39.95$ – you will receive an untagged WAV and MP3 file: same as the MP3 license, however, you will receive a file with at least 6db of headroom and no limiter on the master bus. Again, provides great usage for starting aritsts.

STEM/Trackouts license, 74,95$ – you will receive an archive with all the single tracks from the beat, an untagged WAV and MP3. A great option when you want to have a full control over the beat. Usually needed when you are working with your mixing engineer or you will be mixing your song. Provides extensive options for arranging or re-arranging the beat. I am usually providing 2 archives - one with dry files (no FX such as EQ, compressors) and one with wet (with FX included in to tracks such as EQ, compressors, reverbs, sends ect..) Sometimes, when I experiment a lot, I will provide only 1 wet archive, however, this is very rare and 95% of my trackout licenses include dry/wet files.

Unlimited license, 99,95$ – you will receive an archive with all the single tracks from the beat, an untagged WAV and MP3 file. Same usage and value as the trackouts license, the only difference is that there is no limit to music videos, streams, radiostations ect.

Exclusive license, price is subject to negotiations – you will receive an archive with all the single tracks from the beat, an untagged WAV and MP3 file and the Exclusive rights to the beat and 50% publishing rights. Contact me, if you want to discuss. At the end, I am interested to release as much music as possible.

Content ID system is prohibited UNLESS you have acquired an EXCLUSIVE LICENSE - you can read a similar message on almost every beatmaker's Youtube channels or websites, in practice, if you Content ID your song this means that you will claim any video that contains audio from a song or beat that is in the content-id system. This creates a problem when multiple people use the same beat (think of any license except exclusive), this is a breach of contract and the song might be taken down.
